Basic Terms and Conditions
1. All pricing is inclusive of V.A.T.
2. This proposal and/or Quote is valid for the period stipulated on the Tender Document.
3. This proposal is linked to the current Rand/US Dollar exchange rate and is subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
4. Rentals include insurance unless otherwise quoted.
5. Unless specifically agreed and recorded in writing, this quotation does not provide for the trade in and / or settlement of any existing
vehicles on rental.
6. The rental structure quoted will remain constant for the period agreed upon.

7. The rental agreement does not offer ownership at the end of the period.

8. Terms and conditions apply to the rental and maintenance agreements–copies submitted herewith.
9. Any third party logos used on this Website are for the purposes of quoting only.
10. Errors and omissions excluded.
11. This offer is subject to compliance with the terms and conditions of the Consumer Protection Act 2008, as amended.
12. This offer is only valid when signed by an authorised Waphatha Group (Pty) Ltd sales representative and manager.
