This inclusive vehicle management solution includes fleet management services such as vehicle procurement, usage monitoring, tyre replacement, maintenance management and comprehensive reporting, with the aim to reduce the cost for the Municipality to run the fleet.

REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE
Waphatha Group will ensure that only justified repairs and maintenance will be carried out and negotiate a fair price on behalf of the Municipality. Waphatha Group has a nationwide network of franchise dealers for the servicing of the entire vehicle. Glass breakage including Headlights, Taillights and Windshields will be Claimed through the Insurance.
INSURENCE
We will insure all the vehicles with
Comprehensive Cover. This
means that everyone that has been
authorized to use the vehicle will
be covered on the Open Driver Policy
(ODP) cover.
Waphatha Group only sources materials
like Batteries and Tyres from legitimate
suppliers nationwide.
Excess Costs for Accident related repairs
will be paid for by the client
Our Tracking system for the vehicles will enable the you to register every movement and provide accurate data in the vehicle position. The vehicle will be tracked every 10 seconds with additional event positions like Ignition on/off, provide trip information, standstill times, mileage and driver behaviour, the tracker will give alerts of No-Go areas. A panic button for the control centre will be made available in the vehicle. This will enable the you to analyse and optimize the vehicle usage resulting in significant cost savings and risk reduction.

The vehicles comes with 5 year road side
assistance which provides Comprehensive
Roadside Assistance Service throughout
South Africa 24/7 365 days a year, assuring
the Ulundi Local Municipality, that you will
have uninterrupted support at all times.
Locksmith requirements
An approved locksmith will be requested
to open the vehicle and retrieve the keys
alternatively we can arrange to retrieve the
spare keys. (This service is limited to a
100km per round-trip).
